We require 1 month active authority and MC age requirement of 1 year.

Rejection
Your firm has had a freight guard assessed within the last 180 days. This disqualifies your firm from hauling freight for our firm.
If your firm is older that 5 years and only have 1 freight guard, please continue the process and your MC will be manually reviewed.
StarKing Transportation will send our carrier setup packets and rate confirmations to the email address registered with the FMCSA. If you do not have access to this email, or cannot get the owner operator to forward it to you, you will not be able to get setup with us. Please do not submit a rate until you are able to do so.
Please be advised at this time, we do not allow company drivers to book loads for themselves. Please have your dispatcher review your rate and submit their rate for you. If it is found that you submitted a rate without dispatcher approval, your company will forfeit their payment for the load you moved for us and have a freight gaurd assessed against their MC.

At this time, our server has rejected your submission because you have been placed on our Do Not Load lists. Once you are put on this list, you will not be able to haul freight for our firm now or in the future.
Future attempts will result in the same response as it is automated.
You were placed on this list at the request or approval of the owner of StarKing.
The reason is likely one of the following:
Multiple freight guards.
Multiple emails reaching out using your MC showing possible identity theft or scam. (not from emails registered with the FMCSA)
Accepting a load and handing it back.
Price gouging. (More than 1K over market)
Repeated service failures.
Booking a single instead of a team.
Holding a load hostage. (Now or in the past)
In transit price re-negotiations.
Unethical business practice.
If you do not think that one of the above items have occurred, please search your emails or check with your colleagues to see what might have happened.
We will not work with you due to the issues listed above.
We do not need a call asking us to remove you. It won't happen.

We only accept rates from email addresses registered with the FMCSA or from the same domain. All carrier setup packets and rate confirmations will only be sent to that registered email or an email from the same company domain. If you do not have access to that email, our security process will invalidate your rate.
